Imagine a room full of musicians…each practicing their individual piece, warming up before a concert at the Mabel Tainter Theatre. The conductor taps his wand and raises his hands. At once, the musicians snap to attention and play a single note, harmonizing and blending into one voice.

Visioning Dunn County works that way for our community. Hundreds of individual voices from the community blend and synthesize into one plan, one vision, and one dream. Throughout the summer of 2008, more than 500 people across the county shared what Dunn County means to them. Everyday citizens share their visions for the future of their towns and villages - each voice vital for creating balance and harmony. Like the musicians, individual ideas blend together into Visioning Dunn County.

Your vision of the future - and your hands - are needed to make this dream come alive! Volunteers in Core Connections Teams carry out the ideas, share the vision with others, and devote time to this important work.
